Medium Shot - A medium view of the lighthouse. It displays formal balance. A medium shot would be a shot not too close, but not too far. |
P.O.V. - You are the lighthouse. You must be the lighthouse. The ocean takes up the bottom third of the image. A Point of View shot is a shot taken from what would be the subject's point of view. |
Over the Shoulder - The view over the metaphorical shoulder of the lighthouse. |
Worm's Eye View - This displays not only the worm's eye view, but also Leading Lines. |
Eye Level - This shot places the light at approximately the place where the "eyes" of the lighthouse would be equal to the viewer's. |
Bird's Eye View - This overhead shot applies informal balance, as well as long shot. It could also be considered a two shot due to the rock and lighthouse. |
